Parking & getting there: 405 Seymour River Place. Free lot/street parking; keep driveways clear. Check current bus connections via Phibbs Exchange.
Stroller & access: Verified allowed. Mixed paved/gravel paths; no stairs. Rabbit building is tight.
Weather plan: Outdoor with unheated shelters; rain brings puddles and mud.

Hours: September 9–November 15: daily 10am–4pm. November 16–December: Tuesday–Sunday 10am–4pm; closed December 25–26. Other seasons differ.
Children’s ages: Editorial fit: ages 1–6 for animal watching; babies can accompany in a stroller.
Admission · CAD: September 8–December regular admission, tax included: adults 17–54 $10.95; seniors 55+ and children 19 months–16 years $6.50; babies 18 months and under free. Special events differ.
Registration & booking: Online date/time tickets or walk-ins. Gift-card and tourism-passport holders use walk-in admission.

Before you go

Pony rides need separate private booking. No bikes/scooters or ordinary pets. Under-16s need a responsible adult; follow feeding signs and handwashing rules.
